Terms & Conditions
– Reservations are for a 1.5-hour time slot, or 2 hours for bookings of 5 or more guests.
– Tables are held for 15 minutes after the reservation time.
– The restaurant reserves the right to cancel reservations in case of bad weather.
– Outside food, beverages, and celebration items are not permitted.
– Reservations are for the full dining experience only. Coffee and desserts alone are not permitted.
– Cancellations or modifications must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
– No-shows, late arrivals beyond the grace period, or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation may result in the reservation being cancelled.
Cocoa Room maintains a smart casual dress code. Flip-flops, casual sandals, sweatpants, shorts, athletic wear, hoodies, beachwear, caps, and beanies are not permitted.
Children aged 12 and above are welcome at Cocoa Room.
– Smoking is permitted in designated areas only.
– Allergies: Please inform our team of any food allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking or upon arrival. While every reasonable precaution is taken, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens due to shared kitchen equipment and preparation areas.

– Management reserves the right to amend the booking policies at any time. Amendments take effect immediately and will be communicated through official channels, including the restaurant’s website and booking confirmation platforms.
By confirming a reservation, you acknowledge and agree that any failure to honor the booking will result in forfeiture of the reservation. This includes not showing up, arriving beyond the permitted grace period, or cancelling outside the allowed timeframe. The restaurant reserves the right to reallocate the reservation in such cases. These terms are legally binding and are intended to ensure fair treatment of all guests, smooth operations, and full compliance with applicable laws.
