A destination where heritage meets modern expression.

Named after Jon Al-Kuwait, the bay that shaped the nation’s story, JON embodies a deep connection to the sea, where heritage meets modern expression.
Born from Gastronomica’s passion for dining and design and the desire to create something beyond the ordinary, JON reimagines what an experiential destination can be, where gastronomy, music, and design come together in perfect harmony.
